Responsibilities
Manage the Learning Management System platform and functionality through:
• Maintaining vendor relationships
• Promoting utilization
• Managing upgrades and changes
• Integrating digital learning tools
Maintain the accuracy and integrity of employees CPE Compliance records in accordance with State Board and internal compliance standards by:
• Updating and maintaining employee profile data
• Updating and maintaining licensing/certification information
• Awarding CPE credits for internal and external programs
• Notifying the vendor of system issues; making recommendations for changes/updates
Monitor the firmwide CPE compliance requirements and deadlines for the Baker Tilly Firm, YellowBook, and AICPA Employee Benefit Plan requirements to ensure 100% compliance through:
• Sending compliance reminders
• Maintaining documentation as required by Firm Risk and the Peer Review standards
• Providing reporting as necessary
Monitor, support and provide guidance for all other licenses and certifications that employees hold and track via the Learning Management/Compliance System by:
• Assisting employees with finding resources in regards to renewals, mobility, reciprocity, new licensee information, etc
• Manages and coordinate correspondence for the compliance mailbox
• Assist the Specialist, Learning & Talent Development (Program CPE) as needed
• Other projects as assigned
Qualifications
• Associate Degree required
• 2+ years experience required
• Continuing Professional Education/Compliance experience a plus
• Learning Management System experience a plus
• Previous experience in a professional services environment preferred
• Ability to manage and balance multiple tasks
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent attention to written and numerical accuracy
• Strong problem solving skills
• Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office applications, to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Desire to work in an independent, fast-paced, multi-taking role
