Purpose of Job
We are currently seeking talented Director, Business Process Consulting (Claims) for our San Antonio, TX, Chesapeake, VA, Colorado Springs, CO, Phoenix, AZ or Tampa, FL facility.
Ensures optimal product and cost print services for the enterprise. Understands business print service standards and provides recommendations for appropriate solutions. Manages internal and external relationships to ensure short term and long term print services objectives are fulfilled. Manages a team providing document support services for the Board of Directors.
Job Requirements
• Develops short term and long term business analysis plans relating to enterprise print services.
• Plans, organizes, and implements print service strategy, objectives, policies, and procedures.
• Establishes standards for print services operational performance.
• Manages external and internal relationships to ensure optimal service and customer satisfaction.
• Responsible for employee communications regarding efficient and changed processes.
• Coordinates print service standards with enterprise business requirements for short term and long term solutions.
• Provides visibility and recommendations to senior management regarding innovative print services and programs.
• Plans program reviews with service providers and conducts audits on various print services and reporting against SOW/SLA.
• Leads continuous print services improvement efforts including service delivery processes and technology standards across the enterprise.
• Works with Supplier Management to draft, coordinate and prepare new contracts, contract modifications or renewals with the Managed Print Services vendor.
• Collects, interprets, analyzes, and presents program metrics to management and provides recommendations for current options and future planning.
• Manages and is accountable for the work of unit staff.
• Performs personnel management functions, including team building, workload assignment, employee training, monitoring of work activity and performance evaluation.
Minimum Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree. 4 additional years of related experience beyond the minimum required may be substituted in lieu of a Degree.
• 8 or more years of progressive related experience required.
• 3 or more years of direct team lead or management experience required.
Preferred
• 4+ years Process management experience OR Claims experience
• Master’s degree or professional designations in fields related to analytics, business, or insurance
• Six Sigma – Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Experience with business analysis and basic statistics
• Proven experience in leading and managing teams
• Strong project management skills
• Demonstrated ability to identify risks and create appropriate controls
• Demonstrated experience documenting processes or procedures
***Selected candidates will attend and complete the Management Development School program in San Antonio, TX, during their first six months in position.***
