Job Summary
Director of Customer Advocacy
Come join the Corporate Marketing team and drive one of FICO’s and Marketing’s key initiatives—Customer Advocacy. Customer Advocacy is the engagement with FICO’s key customers to help drive strategy, product development, sales and marketing for FICO. As Customer Advocacy Manager you will work across FICO’s sales, marketing and product development teams globally, in addition to engaging directly with FICO’s customers. This position is a high impact role that is tied directly to FICO’s GTM strategy. Are you ready to make a difference?
Job Responsibilities
Strategic
• Partner with FICO Senior executives to design an Advocacy program aligned with the company’s priorities and objectives
• Create an operating model for the implementation of the program
• Build performance metrics and processes for managing performance
• Become an evangelist for advocacy building awareness of the program and driving its adoption
• Drive the ongoing evolution of the program
Executional
• Maintain Reference View(RV) tool with advocacy assets
• Keep track of all customer advocacy participation and provide customers with tokens of appreciation—thank you notes, FICO World tickets, complementary training, etc…
• Work with Solution Marketing team to determine all required advocacy assets required for each prioritized solution
◦ For each requirement work to get commitments for those assets/activities
◦ Create scorecard to keep track of progress in gaining those commitments
• Work with Field Marketing to create visibility to available assets/commitments and for sales team utilization of those
• Work with Marketing Strategists to determine key must win deals that require references and help to secure those references
• Work directly with Sales/pre-Sales on securing commitments from customers to be advocates and provide advocacy assets (ex. Case studies) or activities (ex. Phone reference calls)
• Work with Sales and Customers on planning and executing advocacy activities
• Work directly with Analyst Relations to help secure references for Analyst projects
• Work with RV vendor on improving/enhancing the RV tool and troubleshooting issues
• Maintain advocacy program benefit plan—tracking, enhancing, administering
• Provide regular reporting on objectives and results
