The Fund Administration group is responsible for fund administration of 140 plus mutual funds in 12 Series/Trusts. This includes all types of funds including international, income, equity, money market, fund of funds, etc. The staff Fund Accountant role will be responsible for supporting the department with various fund administration responsibilities.

• Good communication skills and be able to work in a team environment
• 4-year accounting or finance degree

• Preparing quarterly shareholder reports (financial statements) for various SEC filings
• Daily, weekly, monthly review of the funds accounting agent and custodian (a third party)
• Preparation of various monthly and quarterly internal reports
• Preparation of quarterly Board of Trustees materials
• Preparation of monthly expense accrual analysis worksheets
