SALESFORCE ADMINISTRATOR
Description: The Salesforce Administrator will lead the ongoing development of our Salesforce.com Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud deployment. The successful candidate will have a record of success in improving processes and adoption using the Salesforce.com platform. The administrator will work closely with a broad range of functions within the company, including inside and outside salespeople, sales management, marketing, product management, finance, IT and other subject matter experts to develop and deploy new enhancements to our implementation of Salesforce. The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for executing on the day-to-day configuration, development, support, maintenance and improvement of our CRM platform. Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Configuration & Administration of Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud and integration of the two
• Connect Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud such that the marketing organization can effectively design and execute marketing journeys and the sales organization can systematically benefit from these journeys by an automated process of identification and assignment of sales-ready leads to sales people
• Own, manage, and drive optimization of entire Salesforce platform
• Perform any necessary production support duties, work closely with users on issues, and help provide solutions to business needs
• Establish and implement best practices regarding system maintenance, configuration, development, testing, and data integrity.
• Work in tandem with company sales and marketing leadership to design, document, build, test, and deploy enhancements to Salesforce custom objects, page layouts, workflows, alerts, reports, and complex dashboards.
• Experience in analyzing business requirements, entity relationship diagrams and implementing them to Salesforce custom objects, junction objects, master-detail relationships, and lookup relationships.
• Customize and configure all out of the box functionality features such as creating objects, fields, formula fields, validation rules, workflows, process builder flows, page layouts, creating apps, report types, sharing rules, permission sets, profiles, roles, etc.
• Create, maintain and support Salesforce objects, formulas, validation rules, workflows, process builder, approvals, and assignment rules.
• Create and manage custom objects, custom fields, custom formulas, custom validation rules, custom workflows, custom flows, custom processes, and approval processes.
• Utilize SF administrator skills to continuously deliver business solutions while maintaining existing functionality in Salesforce.
• Responsible for adding users to queues and creating list views for them as needed
• Manage daily administration of users, profiles and roles, customization of objects, fields, record types and page layouts in Salesforce.
• Maintain such settings as user roles and profiles, permission sets, security, and access.
• Manage operational requests and reporting including customer analysis and individual views, and troubleshoot issues.
• Create web forms that feed directly to Sales Cloud or Marketing Cloud
• Perform data cleanup and data manipulation tasks using data loader and any other third-party applications. Run appropriate exception reports to maintain data integrity
• Maintain database for integrity and accuracy including cleansing and duplicate record management
• Identify new solutions that will improve sales and marketing effectiveness
• Dashboards & Reporting: • Create dashboards to help provide insight into business performance. • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to improve system usability. • Develop and create customized reports and dashboards in Salesforce.
• Process & Workflows: • Identify solutions to inefficient workflows. • Maintain required documentation and proactively identify improvement opportunities through systematic measurements and analysis.
• Training: • Mentor, teach, and instruct Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud end users in CRM best practices. • Work with team on core operational processes and uses of Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud • Develop training materials and provide training and support to Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud users.
• Develop and implement integrations between Salesforce and third party applications
• Test all new functionality before it is added into production
• Act as a SME in the discovery and investigation of critical production problems
• Follow and maintain best practices in change management
• Evaluate new releases of Salesforce to determine functionality requirements and provide detailed information on how changes will apply to all affected departments/users
• Research changes in upcoming versions of Salesforce.com and other integrated applications and provide recommendations for enhancing sales efficiency and productivity
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Experience Required:
• Minimum five years of experience as a Salesforce.com administrator
• Saleforce.com Admin (ADM201 and ADM211) certified
• Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud and Developer certifications preferred
• Must possess experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud and integration of the two systems
• Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption.
• Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity
• Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality
• Strong data management abilities
• Understanding of relational databases and data integration tools
• A documented history of successfully driving projects to completion
• A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements
• Experience in a Sales or Marketing organization preferred
• Self-motivated with a tenacious drive for results
• Demonstrated communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to achieve set targets
• Must possess ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Must be a team player who understands the importance of teamwork, collaboration, and open communication

• Must possess good development practices and rigorously test any changes within the Salesforce sandbox before deploying to production
