Overview

This role will be responsible for executing the tactical delivery of the Salesforce platform to support the CareCentrix Product Portfolio, configuring and maintaining the Salesforce and force.com application to ensure continued delivery of innovative, high quality solutions to meet business needs for those departments currently using Salesforce, as well as building the necessary interface and tools to integrate new CareCentrix Programs into Salesforce.
Responsibilities
• Serve as the subject matter expert for solution architecture that will include configuration, development, integration and customization of complex environments
• Create and manage custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, custom workflow, and approval processes.
• Maintain user roles and profiles, security settings, access settings etc. (User Profiles, Role Hierarchy, Sharing Rules and Security).
• Lead / Assist with user requirement sessions and document user requirements to address changing business needs.
• Establish and implement best practices with regards to system maintenance, configuration, development, testing, data integrity, etc.
• Interact directly with Salesforce and stay fully informed on upcoming releases and capabilities.
• Develop and maintain report folders, dashboards, etc. to improve system usability
• Perform routine review of code, configuration, data, and usage to ensure long term viability, integrity, and adoption make recommendations for enhancements and modifications to improve system performance, efficiency, internal business process, and reporting.
• Liaise with internal clients and users to understand their business needs in developing solutions through Salesforce
• Ad hoc analysis and projects as needed
• Provide leadership to junior members of the team
• Play a key role in leading the Agile process
• Set priorities and help identify opportunities to better leverage Salesforce either through new capabilities or through existing services that could be better leveraged (ie. Training, Professional Support, etc.).
• Develop and expand upon core processes to maximize resource allocation and ensure reliability and sustainability across the platform.
• Other projects and duties as assigned
• Travel: up to 20%
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 8 or more years’ of experience working with Salesforce, technical implementation, day-to-day operations, and long term maintenance of Salesforce
• Solid understanding of the Agile methodology
• 5 or more years of end-to-end solution design and delivery
• Keen attention to detail and complex problem solving abilities from an operational and technical perspective
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel
• Good understanding of End-to-End delivery process through the Agile Methodology
• Proficient in writing clean, solid, readable code
• Salesforce Administrator certification required
• Salesforce experience with: Users, roles, profiles, security, customize objects, layouts, decision rules, workflows, triggers, assignments, UI customizations, app design & configuration
• Healthcare experience a plus
