Overview
The Sales Organization at NetBrain is responsible for revenue generation and new business development to support rapid growth. NetBrain sales teams put the customer first and focuses on a consultative sales approach. We are seeking an experienced Regional VP of Sales to build and manage a new sales team in our Sacramento, CA office as part of the company’s expansion plan.
The primary function of this position is to drive the growth of NetBrain's business by directly managing and supporting a team of inside sales account executives. This dynamic sales leader will report to our Vice President of Sales - West Coast and will have the ability to have a direct impact on NetBrain’s continued growth. This growth will be achieved by building a high performing sales team which targets either a vertical or geographical market and is aligned with our strategic market plans.
Responsibilities
• Recruit, train and manage a new direct inside sales team consisting of 8 account executives.
• Refine and monitor the sales process to ensure the team performs at optimal level.
• Engage with strategic customers directly and help individual sales representatives close deals.
• Execute the overall sales strategy to maximize regional market penetration and increase market share.
