Job Summary
By leveraging their knowledge of digital analytics and social media metrics, the Social Media Program Manager will strive to link the company's digital campaigns with clear business outcomes. This role supports the rollout and analysis of marketing programs, and advocacy of learnings across the company.
Essential Job Functions
• Establish reporting package, and generate reporting on a regular basis.
• Analyze reporting and make strategic recommendations for social media and native content campaigns.
• Work cross-functionally with internal departments and external agencies in order to improve methods for tracking impact of campaigns on business results.
• Support building links with customer match-back, analysis of pixels, Data Management Platform (DMP) integration, or other methods.
• Reliance on Excel data manipulation and data visualization.
• Grow strong relationships with cross-functional internal "clients" and provide leadership during campaign development and report-outs.
• Gather comprehensive campaign performance and learnings in PowerPoints, and evangelize learnings across the firm.
• Utilize strong public speaking and professional PowerPoint skills to share findings and recommendations with leadership teams and other stakeholders.
• Provide campaign management.
• Own the routing of select campaign materials through legal/compliance.
• Work with the social media team to ensure campaigns run smoothly and that expectations/deadlines are met.
• Co-manage social content calendar and communicate timing/changes to stakeholders.
• Keep all documentation for best practices and benchmarks current so that campaigns run with highest efficiency and effectiveness.
Education Requirements
Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of experience and education required.
Experience Requirements
Four to six years relevant experience in social media analysis required.
Special Skill Requirement
• Strong familiarity with Facebook reporting, and Google Analytics.
• Proficient in social platforms and tools such as Sprinklr, Hearsay, Hootsuite, Radian6, Spredfast, Sysomos, Falcon.io, Salesforce Social Studio, etc.
• Excellent public speaker with a strong command of PowerPoint and Excel (including pivot tables, modeling).
