Job TitleClient Executive IV- Card Services
This role can be located anywhere in the United States and will manage an average of 15 accounts across the country.
The Card Services Client Management team is responsible for leading a geographically-based portfolio of clients, ensuring client satisfaction, and continuously promoting Fiserv to improve client renewals and cross-sales. As a Client Executive, you will provide clients with strategic input, partnering with the client to deepen the overall partnership. Selling add-on products and services, and managing those opportunities through to close and implementation, using the Fiserv sales process is key to success. Your clients will use you as an operational point for critical issues when appropriate. You will continually illustrate the value of the Fiserv partnership by providing measurement data such as return on investments and program performance updates. This role requires strong territory planning skills, C-suite and operational level relationship building and the ability to link our value proposition to client goals
Basic Qualifications for Consideration:
Required Qualifications:
• HS Diploma
• 3+ years sales/account management experience in the financial services field.
• EFT & Debit account management experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication/presentation skills.
• Ability to effectively prioritize issues and work independently with a strong sense of accountability.
• Professional demeanor and demonstrated experience effectively interacting with all levels of clients and Fiserv associates including executive level management.
• Highly motivated and self-assured; hands-on problem solver.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelors Degree
• Experience in Working Remote
Essential Job Responsibilities:
• Develop territory and account plans, and execute on assigned goals.
• Develop a keen understanding of client goals and objectives to help them succeed.
• Meet assigned add-on sale, renewal, and customer satisfaction goals following Fiserv sales principles.
• Inform and interact with Fiserv leadership and client partner team on overall client relationship health where appropriate.
• Be responsible for the card relationship with clients.
• Conduct strategic and operational reviews with clients.
• Identify and manage opportunities while following Fiserv reporting and forecasting standards.
• Support the operational needs of clients where appropriate.
• Advocate for clients while balancing Fiserv’s desired business outcomes.
• Help the larger Fiserv team win by actively supplying new ideas, owning your results, being accountable for your decisions and actions, and delivering quality in every interaction.
