Cantor Fitzgerald: Campus Recruiting Coordinator
Cantor Fitzgerald is looking for a dynamic Campus Recruiting Coordinator to assist our Campus Recruitment Team in finding exceptional people for our growing organization. The position will be responsible for assisting with the coordination of our undergraduate and summer internship recruitment and programs.
Responsibilities
• Assists campus recruiters in planning, coordinating, and executing all aspects of campus events, including lunch and learn sessions, networking events and off-site summer events
• Provides support to the campus team to include tracking and reporting on candidate application and management of candidates throughout the process (offers, acceptances, etc.) to ensure reporting accuracy
• Manages and coordinates communication with candidates regarding scheduling, feedback and candidate experience
• Posts and maintains campus openings on both internal and external career sites, campus sites and other platforms
• Schedules interviews for full-time and summer analyst candidates, both on-campus and on-site at our New York offices
• Books conference rooms, arranges technology set-ups and manages calendars for on-site and “superday” interviews
• Perform other recruitment duties and projects as assigned
Skills and Experience
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
• 1-2 years (including internships) of recruiting or human resources experience in a fast-paced environment; campus recruitment experience is a plus
• Experience within a Financial Services organization is preferred
• Experience with Taleo or another applicant tracking software is a plus
• A strong sense of urgency and superior client service skills
• Highly organized and detail oriented; ability to multi-task and switch gears quickly
• Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with all constituents – candidates, team members and with senior business leaders
• Superior oral and written communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidential information in a professional and discrete manner
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• “Team player” attitude and demeanor
