Skills/Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of medical terminology and medical documentation/records
• Excellent time management, organizational, and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication skills with customer service focus
• Excellent computer skills with ability to navigate between computer systems
• A positive attitude and demonstrated flexibility
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and fast pace work environment
Duties:
• Completes data entry of ADR information into ADR database and claims system accurately and timely per ADR policies
• Prepares ADR files based on ADR policies in a consistent and timely fashion
• Maintains timeliness of performance benchmarks for assigned files
• Copies ADR files and filing of files until reports returned
• Routes of ADR files to appropriate PA Reviewer/IME
• Faxes “ADR Mini-packets” to BWC and obtaining confirmation
• Completes pend/dismissal verification and updating database
• Data Entry of Templates
• ADR report and invoice receipt and routing
• Other team assistant tasks
• Responds to all ADR internal and external inquiries for appropriate customer service
• Identify issues and provide recommendations to improve workflow effectiveness and efficiencies to ADR Manager
• Support team environment and assist team in meeting ADR department and Company performance goals
• Maintains confidentiality and protects sensitive information/data
• Maintains compliance with all federal, state laws, URAC standards, BWC and CareWorks policies and procedures
• All other duties as assigned
