Prudential’s in-house advertising agency is looking for a talented creative to produce best in class, truly amazing & effective work for our Direct to Consumer efforts. You will be responsible for leading creative direction and developing creative explorations for various demand creation efforts. You will partner closely with colleagues across the company on our customer acquisition driven initiatives.
The ideal candidate for this new role, excels at building strong cross-functional relationships quickly in a fast-paced organization. You can deliver high-caliber marketing materials within known constraints, and easily pivot when the restraints are taken away. You have an ability to balance focus on delivery, excellent creative taste and understanding of strategic media context. Strategic Responsibilities
•Lead Prudential Advertising’s Direct to Consumer initiatives that generates on-brand creative that succeeds from driving quantifiable business results
•Set the creative direction while providing hands on digital and video executions
•Create a voice-messaging strategy on all touch points in the customer journey and execute plans to grow brand awareness, preference, engagement, ROI and ultimately increase revenue and margin from both new and existing customers
•Stay ahead of the curve to apply ongoing knowledge of media channels, technology and best practices
Management Responsibilities
•This position reports into the VP, Head of Creative who oversees direct to consumer led efforts
•You will partner closely with an integrated team of creatives, strategists, media planners, and analysts, as well as collaborating closely with the DTC business owners
•Manage and collaborate with the team to deliver best in class work, day in day out
•Ensure the team has the right support, tools and focus to achieve results that exceed expectations
•Maintain a high level of engagement with your team of strategists, copywriters, art directors and data analysts and provide continual feedback on what’s working in the marketplace
Qualifications
•8+ years of hands-on experience in the creative industry at an agency, creative studio or similar, with strong digital executions
•In-house experience at a business with a strong direct response component is a plus (B2B or B2C acceptable)
•Experience with e-commerce, lead-generation, account-based marketing, direct-to-consumer preferred
•Demonstrated creative success leading collaborative and multi-functional teams
•A self-starter who seizes opportunities to make an impact
