Position Overview

Apply to join us (the Freddie Mac Sales and Relationship Management team) to lead the Freddie Automated Servicing Transfer (FAST) program. In this new role, you will lead internal and external groups to build, enhance, and sell the program to maintain industry leadership in the servicing released market.
Your work falls into four primary categories:
Product Management
•Manage Freddie Mac Automated Servicing Transfer (FAST) product within the Servicing Released Executions.
•Responsible for design and development and financial analysis related to product.
•Develop annual plans to determine objectives, strategies, and tactics to meet goals.
Strategic Planning
•Research and understand how offering competes with other market offerings, and use information to inform and support strategies and tactics.
•Work on issues of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including an understanding of current business trends.
Sales and Relationship Management
•Engage in regular interaction with servicing buyers and sellers in support of new opportunities, existing business relationships and transactions, or issue resolution.
•Provide support to sales activities related to our servicing-released executions, working closely with Sales account executives and Servicing Released teammates and management.
•Represent Freddie Mac in customer meetings and actively participating in those meetings (e.g., sales presentations), including situations where line sales representatives are not present.
Project Management
•Lead and cooperative among members of a project team (both in internal and 3rd party vendors) to implement changes and enhancements to program.
•Work with internal and external parties with respect to forthcoming change management activities in support of broader servicing-released offerings.
