You will provide strategy and support to successfully implement search engine marketing initiatives for Fidelity’s Personal Investing (PI) and institutional lines of business. We are in an exciting time of evolving our paid search efforts as we challenge ourselves to come up with new ways of thinking beyond traditional paid search.
The Expertise We’re Looking For
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 5-7 years working in Search (SEO/SEM/Onsite), with a focus on paid search.
• Agency experience preferred
The Purpose of Your Role
Track and report on paid search campaign results, analyze search data and trends. Proactively provide strategic recommendations applicable to the line of business’ KPIs and goals. Review and analyze competitor strategies and adapt accordingly. Stays informed of paid search industry trends, best practices and apply them to campaigns. Identify and develop the most efficient and cost-effective paid search programs.
• Demonstrate thought leadership by developing and presenting campaign results or new tactics for search
• Review all paid search end-to-end user experiences and recommend improvements according to post click analysis

• Understanding search algorithms SEO & PPC
• Must have skills with implementing RLSA, In-Market Audiences & Similar Audiences.
• Firm understanding of metrics; CPC, CTR, ROI and working with different measurement systems.
• Detail-oriented approach to achieving objectives
• Knowledge of JIRA, Kanban & Agile processes a plus
The Value You Deliver
You will work closely with segment, media and agency partners to uncover, understand, and achieve business goals and objectives through the customization of campaigns and the understanding of Fidelity’s products/value propositions.
• Track and report on paid search campaign results, analyze data to help drive the business intelligence via search. Example: A/B testing, audience targeting and AI techniques.
• Work closely with media agency to collaborate on how modern search is being implemented along with staying updated on the latest trends and thinking.
• Research and select keywords, ad copy, and landing pages to create best in class paid search campaigns.
