I. General Summary
Liaison between business user community and the IT development and operations support teams. Ensures the appropriate business requirements for IT are clearly defined, communicated and delivered at or above expectations. Analyze and facilitate the resolution of business problems.
II. Job Functions
1. Analyze, gather, document and validate the business and functional requirements for technology initiatives and projects; Partner with business to develop requirements
2. Prepare and work with application development teams to present system functional design documentation for business solutions
3. Provide second level support in resolving system issues
4. Monitor the efficiency and effectiveness of application operations and troubleshoots problems
5. Participate in technical design reviews to ensure business solutions meet functional requirements
B. Other - Describe the non-essential functions of this position.
1. Maintain appropriate position, department and system documentation
2. Perform all other duties as assigned by Management

Bachelor's Degree
Advanced Degree
Professional license/specialized training
Indicate area of emphasis:
Minimum of Associate Degree with 2 additional years of experience with degree emphasis in either Information Technology, Business, Finance
B. Experience
Proven Business Analyst and direct business organization support experience
C. Special Licenses or Certifications
D. Other Essential Requirements
