We focus specifically on HR strategy, HR process design, program management, and functional implementations wrapped around HR cloud technologies.

Responsibilities
• Participate in and lead portions of complex Human Capital Transformation projects
• Manage day-to-day project activities; establish appropriate leverage on project teams and assign/manage project responsibilities to team members both internally and externally
• Communicate effectively, both internally and to clients, including those at an executive level
• Deliver exceptional client service in all client interactions and projects
• Lead technical and functional teams skills around the implementation of packaged software solutions
• Manage change with strategies that build adoption and mitigate risks
• Build and implement efficient HR service delivery models and organizational designs
• Address talent and workforce requirements/gaps of the organization
• Develop and implement plans for successful integration of people during mergers and acquisitions
• Assist in identification of new business opportunities when possible
• Provide coaching, mentoring and performance counseling to consultants, clients and project team members
• Balance client, new business development and practice development activities, including active participation in internal projects and operations along with complying with firm standards
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Management, Human Resources or related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of related experience; previous related industry and consulting experience highly preferred
• Highly developed Microsoft Suite skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) required.
• Ability to provide exceptional client service, research and resolve issues, demonstrate commitment to continuous learning in order to stay current regarding strategies and regulations, display appropriate ethical knowledge and commitment, and exhibit a sense of urgency and commitment to quality and the timely completion of duties.
• Functional depth in knowledge of HR business process and strategy and how technologies applies
• Proven ability to lead complex work streams on time and on budget, strong communication, time management and problem solving skills
• Experience with one or more of the following HR technology vendors: Oracle, HCM Cloud, Taleo, SAP, Workday, Ultimate Software, Success Factors, Saba, Halogen, People Click Authoria, StepStone
• Must be willing to work nontraditional hours for client demands
• Must be open to some travel; up to 50%
