This position supports the real estate sales team of Spruce Peak Realty, LLC,.
• Assist with facilitating all Club sales and with real estate closings and contracts, including with respect to developer and resale transactions;
• Coordinate all real estate and Club sales reporting;
• Provide sales office reception support;
• Assist with the contracting and closing process for resale real estate transactions, working together with buyers, attorneys & lenders, in conjunction with the Director of Sale and Marketing and the Sales Executives;
• Manage and track Club and Real Estate inquires through SalesForce database and other internal reports;
• Maintain correspondence, including phone calls and emails with prospect network; tour prospects and participate in open house events;
• Maintain listing agreements and other information for resale listings; facilitate resale collateral;
• Establish and maintain relationships with owners, members and prospects;
• Provide general sales office assistance including front desk support during busy periods, assist with database management, managing sales collateral and backup to weekly sales and marketing reports.
What we are looking for:
• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university required
• One to three years of relevant work experience preferably supporting a sales team
• Willing to work on weekends (one day between Saturday or Sunday depending on the need) and major holidays
• Highly-organized and has the ability to multi-task
• Proficient with MS Office
• Good verbal and written communication skills
