The Role
This position will perform and deliver on highly routine work for his/her assigned area(s) claims of responsibility in accordance with established procedures /guidelines. S/he will coordinate with groups, brokers, regional sales office representatives, and/or other distribution partners to generate and deliver enrollment materials for all products offered by his/her assigned area of responsibility. S/he will collaborate with various internal/external stakeholders and work with multiple administrative systems to enter data and produce quality products for delivery to requester.
Responsibilities
• Actively seeks work requests and prioritizes requests by due date to meet customer needs and ensure materials are at the appropriate destination when needed in order to provide an exceptional customer experience
• Advises customers regarding enrollment material requests
• Collaborates with groups, brokers, regional sales office representatives, and/or other distribution partners to ensure all deliverables meet customer needs
• Provides information regarding implementation process and other Lincoln processes & procedures
• Researches and confirms rates & policy provisions by checking information in various systems, proposals, other policy documents, and stakeholder who initiated process/request
• Tracks and monitors work using predefined logs
• Using administrative system(s), generates summary style enrollment materials and personalized enrollment forms aimed at increasing participation
• Verifies 100% accuracy of all system-generated documents by reviewing the information submitted/entered and checking for proper format & content
Education & Experience
• 0 – 1+ years of experience in Customer Service that directly aligns with the specific responsibilities for this position preferred. Regular and predictable attendance is essential.
• 0 - 1+ years of expereice with Microsoft Office products preferred, insurance industry experience preferred.
• High School or GED (Minimum Required)
