The Enterprise Collaboration Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the strategic direction for the platforms in the portfolio including reporting and management of the platform roadmap, product development and support teams. The Enterprise Collaboration portfolio includes Office 365 collaboration tools, SharePoint (online and on-premises), Skype, WebEx, and Box, however other solution providers are also leveraged within regional implementations.
The Program Manager will maintain the overarching project governance in Enterprise Collaboration and underlying administration process by providing standards, methodologies, and measurements. In addition, the Program Manager will manage Enterprise Content Management (ECM) and Collaboration project initiatives to ensure program goals and enterprise business objectives are met. The Program Manager will focus on the management of business operations and business engagement from an operational and financial standpoint, including but not limited to IT related finance processes, planning, reporting and continuous improvement.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Coordinate billing, licensing, reporting, and service management, in partnership with vendors and our infrastructure partners, to create operations efficiencies across the platform
• Interface with key stakeholders and users at all levels (executive to end user) within JLL to define, plan and execute on new initiatives
• Coordinate customer input and feedback activities, including steering committees, user groups, and ongoing communication
• Ensure processes and procedures of the Enterprise Collaboration team comply with JLL standards including Change Management, SOC2 and other critical business requirements
• Oversee the creation and management of project control documentation, including charters, requirements documentation, workplans, timelines, budgets, resource plans, knowledge transfer plans, and project close-out forms. Ensures projects / programs complete on time and within budget. Supports project-level activities.
• Identified and manages cross project dependencies, risks, issues, requirements, designs and solutions.
• Provide detailed monthly status reporting related to the platform including budget, Enterprise Collaboration platforms, program and key project status
• Maintain thorough understanding of JLL product features and functionality, including Office 365, SharePoint, Box, WebEx, and related collaboration tools.
• Uses best practices and knowledge of internal and external business issues to improve products and services.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Financial management and budgeting at the department and project level
• Technical project and resource management
• Business analysis and requirements gathering with excellent attention to detail
• Relationship management and communications
• Self-motivated, able to set priorities and work autonomously with a customer service focus
• Ability to solve complex problems and provides a new perspective using existing solution
• Work independently, receives minimal guidance
• Ability to guide and be a resource for less experienced colleagues
• Familiarity with Office 365, SharePoint, .NET applications, enterprise application integration, n-tier architecture
Minimum Experience
• Minimum of 10 years of work experience in IT industry or department
• Minimum of 7 years of work experience in leading IT projects
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business leadership including resource and budget management
• Experience in managing simultaneous complex projects from inception to successful completion
• Experience in real estate Industry a plus
Educational Level /Certifications
• Bachelor’s degree required preferably in information systems, computer science, or business administration
• PMI or equivalent certification preferred
