Squad Member, Wealth Management Associate & Salesforce Experience is an exciting role, combining superior Salesforce administration with a team-based approach to enhancing and streamlining how Fidelity’s highly talented Wealth Planners, Financial Consultants, and Relationship Managers work with our most valuable clients. This role is in Fidelity Personal Investments Wealth Management Domain.
The Expertise We’re Looking For
Our ideal candidate enjoys and has proven success with all of the following:
• Recommending, designing, advocating for, and actually administering best practice uses of Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud as well as internally-built tools, ensuring native functionality is maintained and customization is vastly minimized
• Creating and enhancing standard and custom objects including standard fields, formula fields, page layouts, security rules, workflow and validation rules
• Identifying, diagnosing, and resolving technical problems, escalating and pulling in other expertise when appropriate
• Creating and maintaining Sales and/or Service Cloud, and other BI reports and dashboards; ensuring integration with central data stores outside of Salesforce with high data quality and integrity
• Abiding by best practices and adhering strictly to processes set by other teams for system maintenance, security, release management, improvements, data integrity, duplicates, backups, etc.
• Taking risks, trying new approaches, and collaborating to drive real improvements in tools people use to do their jobs
• Partnering very closely with others in your direct team, as well as with matrixed environments, with teams aligned to other senior leaders
• Seeing complex challenges from multiple perspectives, and leaning in to solve independently or with others
• Dedication to high quality, balanced with rapid pace of delivery – delivering technology changes to end users every two weeks, and as frequent as daily
• Participating in story writing, backlog grooming, and all Squad Scrum ceremonies
• College degree preferred; multiple Salesforce certifications preferred
• 3-5 years of related work experience
• 2 or more years in CRM , with minimum 1 year of direct Salesforce experience - a must
The Purpose of Your Role
You will be part of a highly self-driven team providing support to a growing base of financial advisory professionals, delivering an exciting experience to high net worth investors.
Your personal expertise with Salesforce administration and other sales, service, and relationship associate experiences will complement your team, as collectively you will optimize the technology used by Fidelity’s client-facing Wealth Management associates. You will work very closely with Squads (teams) in other Tribes (business areas). These other Squads have primary responsibility for the overall Salesforce platform and related technologies used by a broader set of client-facing associates. You will work very closely with the platform Squads, ensuring alignment in all that you deliver.
Your expert Salesforce administration skills, agile mindset, and very close partnership with both your Squad and other Squads, will be key to your success.

• You enjoy investigating problems and finding solutions, coordinating across multiple teams as you do this

• You are intensely curious and excited to learn about Fidelity’s customers, evolving technology, and the ecosystem you will navigate
• You are an experienced, certified Salesforce administrator, with a strong desire to continue your learning
