Job Description
Job Brief:
Leads requirement gathering sessions.
Work with clients, developers, and other groups to create and deliver requirements document.
Work with Testing group to ensure requirements are testable and defects are documented and tracked.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Assists and backs-up PM when necessary.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree with 6+ years experience in business analyst role or equivalent.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work with others, and independently.
Takes accountability/responsibility for tasks and actions.
Advance level knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel, Visio and Power Point).
Comprehensive Knowledge and understanding of PLC.
Ability to multi task across multiple projects and non-project activities.
Essential Job Function:
Leads requirement gathering meetings
Delivers requirement documents
Owns requirements management function
Ensures requirements have all the required data elements
Ability to document/ develop current and create future Business Process work flows with the LOB
Can navigate between requirements and defects
Accountable for requirements being updated
Drives defect resolution
Create & execute test management plan / test strategy
Advanced knowledge of testing concepts
Build / execute test scripts including input from LOB
Execute any / all test scripts
Provide input on Test Strategy
Run out changes to requirements to determine if a Change Request is determined
Create Unit Test Summary Report
Provide in depth KT’s to Test Lead on application
Own the Performance Testing Assessment Questionnaire
Creates / updates / communicates implementation plan to all involved parties prior to implementation
Assists in tracking implementation as per plan
Sends communication after implementation
Reviews risk plan with project team and LOB
Manages risk plan
Escalates as needed
Manages communication plan
Reviews with project team and LOB
Manages release plan / project plan
Collaborates with team members
Subject matter expert or ability to become familiar quickly
Focuses on business results (not technical results)
Is trusted advisor to client
Ability to stand in for the project manager
Ability to address and follow through to completion any situation that arises
Lead any project related meetings
