Position:
Resource Management Assistant
Job Description:
We are looking for a Resource Management Assistant in our New York City office. The Assistant will report to the Resource Management Specialist.
This role works closely with members of the audit practice at all levels, including PIC's of the office and
Audit, as well as members of HR, Operations and Talent Development.

• Experience with Prostaff preferred; experience with Workday a plus
• Prior experience at CPA firm and/or audit experience preferred
Responsibilities:
• Assist with administrative tasks in ordinance with the firms scheduling system known as Prostaff
• Assist with onboarding new employees to ensure a smooth transition into the firm
• Help employees gain appropriate experiences for their career progression
• Assistance with scheduling placements for employees
• Prepare various reports and presentations for Senior Leadership
• Various administrative tasks as needed
• Ability to grow and take on additional responsibility as the firm’s headcount increases
Required Experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration and/Accounting
• 1-3 years working experience in a corporate environment, preferable a professional services firm (internship experience acceptable)
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft office programs including Excel, PowerPoint and Word
