OneAmerica is seeking an experienced, reliable and results oriented Executive Admin to join our company. This role would be responsible for providing support to the Sr. Vice President and Chief Information Officer and upper level IT management. This position also provides backup support for the executive management team.
Responsibilities Include:
• Manage calendars
• Coordinate meetings and materials
• Take meeting minutes
• Coordinate travel and prepare expense reports
• Assist with onboarding and coordination of CIO Staff orientation for new IT employees
• Partner with IT Committee to schedule divisional meetings and other IT programs and events
• Assist CIO with communications support
• Coordinate staff headcount reconciliations and requistion approvals on behalf of CIO
• Provide support to other Executive Administrators as required
• Maintain a high level of dependability and confidentiality
• Potential supervisory responsibilities
Requirements
• 8+ years of professional office administrative experience. Some college is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and a sense of urgency is required
• Highly organized with the ability to balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn and expand responsibility
• Self-starter, identify opportunities for improvement and take action
• Performs well independently, while able to work effectively with internal and external associates
• Experience maintaining complex calendars and scheduling travel is preferred
• Administrative experience preferably in the insurance or financial services industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
