Kearney has an exciting new opportunity for Senior Financial Analysts to join their Alexandria, VA team. These candidates will conduct cost analysis and trade-off studies, develops cost tracking procedures and tracks project expenditures, conducts feasibility and requirements analyses and develops life cycle cost estimates for new systems. Additional job responsibilities are as follows:
Required Skills:
• Provide a cost analysis with respect to cost per student being instructed at residential training centers
• Identify fixed and variable costs associate with the operation and maintenance of residential training centers
• Based on available supporting documentation, identify the cost to operate residential training centers in different scenarios
• Establish models that will identify whether residential training centers are operating with financially efficient student-to-staff ratios and curriculum offerings
• Determine if the current Cost Operational Systems provide the level necessary for the managing agency to exercise adequate oversight of spending
• Make recommendations to allow the agency to improve spending oversight
• Determine whether residential training centers are accurately entering amounts and properly assigning actual expenses into the correct Cost Categories when entering data into the agency Financial Management Reporting System
Required Experience:
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college/university in a business/finance/accounting related field is required
• A minimum of 5 years of experience is required
• Candidate must be able to obtain a US security clearance (US citizenship required)
• Candidate must be willing and able to travel up to 25% of the time
