Global Wealth Management provides brokerage, investment and financial services to hundreds of thousands of individual investors. We apply our expertise in serving our clients and help them achieve their personal financial goals. The Wealth Management Operations CTB Ops Specialist Director role is an Operations, Business and Technology facing role. Through a combination of project management, communication and organizational skills, the WM Ops Change Specialist partners with project team members to coordinate across WM Operations for the development and implementation of projects
• Collaborates with Business and Technology partners to ensure appropriate Operations stakeholders are engaged in upcoming release deliverables
• Reviews upcoming releases and provide necessary project information and timelines to Operations teams to identify impact and level of engagement
• Develops, implements and communicates Operations specific project plans, testing strategies and implementation runbooks
• Conducts weekly and ad-hoc meetings to address project specific items
• Coordinates and reports on monthly release ready for business checks across WM Operation teams
• Coordinates Operations User Acceptance Testing across impacted teams and lead UAT efforts, including daily metrics reporting, weekly status reporting, defect management, release management and organizational readiness
• Reports project status to Senior Management
• Leads coordination of year end readiness checks across WM Operations and Technology
Additional Responsibilities May Include
• Cultivates relationships across project stakeholders and impacted teams
• Develops customized presentation materials and status reports
• Utilizes knowledge, experience and expertise to assess current state and strategize process improvement
• Strong data analytics, data mining and synthesizing of information for audience consumption
Qualifications
Skills required
-Financial industry and product knowledge preferred
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office Power Point, Word, Excel and Visio
-Project management experience required with emphasis on business analysis, business requirement writing, process mapping, data analysis and financial management
-Able to work independently
