GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB
This position will perform and deliver on routine assignments/projects while simultaneously leveraging and applying knowledge of the Quality Assurance team. The role will conduct in-depth quality audits of transactions, processes and Performance Guarantees. In addition, this role will support Quality Assurance projects, perform audits across different functional areas, and provide training to other team members when necessary.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Maintains knowledge on current and emerging developments/trends, assesses the impact, and collaborates with management to incorporate new trends and developments in current and future solutions.
• Promotes and enhances organizational initiatives by positively influencing and supporting change management and/or departmental/enterprise initiatives.
• Performs and delivers on routine assignments/projects while simultaneously leveraging and applying knowledge of the QA department.
• Identifies and communicates to management process improvements that reduce workloads or improve quality.
• Performs routine in-depth quality audits and Performance Guarantee reviews and monitors transactions, and processes performed by various business units for quality assurance.
• Delivers routine quality updates and feedback to business units and operational teams.
• Maintains and disseminates quality guidelines, scoring methodology, and quality assurance program documentation when necessary.
• Responds to routine questions related to quality assurance and resolves disputes related to audit findings.
• Works with Operations leaders to find opportunities for process improvements and contributes to updates for procedures.
• Participates in departmental projects as needed.
• Performs in-depth routine metrics reporting & analysis for teams s/he supports and includes results and trends with quality reports.
• Provides routine training to Quality Assurance Associates when needed.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
• 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's) (Minimum Required)
• 1 - 3+ Years experience that directly aligns to the responsibilities of this position. (Required)
