YOUR IMPACT
The Securities Settlements team within Securities Division Operations (SDO) is seeking a skilled professional who will have responsibility for the Americas Settlements organization. In this role, you will apply quantitative, problem solving and customer service skills to support a wide range of business units and clients. You will also play a key leadership role in identifying and implementing process improvements to mitigate risk and enhance the overall client experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS
HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL
As a senior Vice President within the Securities Settlements team, you will have a high level of client and business interaction and involvement with other internal teams including Securities Division, Middle Offices, Liquidity Management, Corporate Treasury, Legal and Compliance. Primary responsibilities include:
• Oversight of the Americas Settlements organization spanning several different locations.
• Responsibility for managing and advancing a highly skilled and dynamic group of individuals.
• Personal accountability for building and executing upon a strategy of risk mitigation and service uplift.
• Leverage prior settlements expertise in order to ensure team structure, process, controls etc. are operating as best in class.
• Industry collaboration in order to help shape the marketplace of the future. Remaining proximal to upcoming/under discussion initiatives.
• Perpetuate the firm’s tradition of excellence in the quality of our work, interactions, and services.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree with experience in financial services.
• Knowledge of the front to back trade flows with deep expertise around the Securities Settlement process.
• Strong people management skills, with history of managing large teams (multi-location preferred).
• Strategic mindset with track record of designing and delivering a strategic book of work (project and personnel)
• Proven analytical skills, problem solving ability, and a control mentality paired with meticulous attention to detail
• Aptitude for building senior relationships and ability to communicate complex issues and concepts to a wide array of internal partners with differing levels of product experience.
• Self-motivated and proactive team player who takes ownership and accountability of projects, has strong organizational skills, as well as the ability to effectively manage competing priorities
• Flexible and able to work well under pressure in a team environment
• Strong dedication to the culture of excellence of the firm.
