To ensure our continued success, we're looking for twoHR business partners (HRBP) to align business objectives with associates and leaders in designated business units. This strategic partner role serves as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues. The successful HRBP acts as an associate champion and change agent. The role assesses and anticipates HR-related needs. Communicating needs proactively with our HR department and business management, the HRBP seeks to develop integrated solutions and formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to all associates. The HRBP maintains an effective level of business literacy and acumen about the business unit's financial position, its midrange plans, its culture and its competition. One role will be based out of our Dresher, PA headquarters and the other role can be out of our Indianapolis, IN; Tampa, FL, Mason, OH, Atlanta, GA or Tucson, AZ location.
Responsibilities:
• Consults with leaders, providing guidance when appropriate; conducts regular meetings with respective business units to maintain a proactive stance.
• Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with HR colleagues to develop solutions, programs and policies through, but not limited to, compensation reviews, recognition and retention analyses, staffing forecasting etc.
• Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day leadership of associates supporting the business in reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with internal/external legal counsel as needed.
• Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to all leaders employing coaching, counseling, career development planning, and corrective action education, based in human resources best practices.
• Works closely with leaders and associates to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
• Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation; partners with Associate Relations team to manage and resolve complex employee relations issues; actively support effective, thorough and objective investigations.
• Partners with business leaders and human resources colleagues to successfully onboard new associates and align talent to the business requirements and objectives
• Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.
• Partners with colleagues in Learning and Development to identify and communicate training needs for individuals, teams, and executive coaching opportunities
• Participates in evaluation and monitoring of all programs and practices to ensure value to the organization.
• Makes recommendations to the business based on reliable data, observable facts, and relevant practices.
• Responsible for protecting, securing, and proper handling of all confidential data held by Ascensus to ensure against unauthorized access, improper transmission, and/or unapproved disclosure of information that could result in harm to Ascensus or our clients

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree and relevant industry experience.
• Minimum of 8 to 10 years' experience in the Human Resources discipline
• Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, associate relations, diversity, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws.
• Professional in Human Resources (PHR), SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) a plus
• Must be able to work independently, multitask, meet deadlines, and thrive with minimal supervision
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; experience presenting in group meetings and one-on-one situations
• Ability to communicate effectively balancing influencing and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to assimilate to new experiences, learn quickly and absorb a steep growth curve
• Must be results oriented and move fast to meet client needs
• Travel as business need arises
