Qualifications
• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ years of administrative and scheduling experience in a fast paced environment, preferably with some experience working in an agency or corporate recruiting department
• Customer service oriented professional with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Able to work in a team environment and being able to problem solve quickly
• Outstanding coordination and organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills
• Proficient with MS Office and ATS systems (Taleo)
