Description
As a Brokerage Services - Contact Center Specialist you must be able to provide world class customer service experience to our Wealth Management clients across a wide array of products we offer including, managed money portfolios, annuities, insurance, and mutual funds. This will include research, review and resolution of all incoming call requests and work items.
You will collaborate with our Financial Advisors, as well as other internal departments, to ensure prompt and accurate resolution to all customer contact requests and inquiries. All with emphasis on high quality interactions and a customer first culture being the overriding focus.
Qualifications
• Financial service background is strongly preferred
• Previous experience in a contact center environment, preferred
• Prior Customer Service experience, a plus
• FINRA Licenses 7&63 (or ability to obtain is REQUIRED within 6 months of hire)
• Desire to learn about the financial services industry and build upon knowledge gained to promote our company and career development
• Problem solving skills to resolve client issues efficiently and effectively
• Flexible team player and ability to adapt to a consistently changing environment
• Ability to handle complex issues, including the ability to diagnose root causes and resolve them timely and within set SLA standards in a fast-paced work environment
Schedule:
Hours per Week: 40
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 9:30 AM- 6:00 PM
