Job Description
Reporting to Business & Workforce Performance Sr. Director, this role will align the business and people agendas via workforce planning and enablement for Product as part of the Business Planning Operations (BPO) team. The BPO team plays a critical role in measuring and enabling the success of the Product organization.
We are seeking a Workforce Performance and Engagement Director who is passionate about the intersection of people and business.
Responsibilities
How you will make an impact:
• Be part of a cross-functional team with HR, Communications and employees passionate about people and center them on creating engagement up and down the ladder.
• Act as the catalyst for getting an organizational dialog going through events that inspire and motivate our teams and improve collaboration.
• Conduct strategic analyses of business talent needs and make recommendations based on understanding environmental / industry trends and business needs.
• Design and implement an ongoing employee engagement plan that reinforces Product’s culture and vision.
• Establish and manage career pathing plan and rotation programs to build the next generation of product leaders.
• Work with Finance and HR to establish a headcount plan, track against the plan and ensure leaders are progressing towards goals and targets.
• Partner with HR in the review of the employee engagement survey and the development of a corresponding action plan.
• Take a lead role in space planning in collaboration with Real Estate / Facilities where co-location is required.
• Know how, when, and what to communicate to bring the organization along.
Qualifications
