The Data Load Specialist assists with daily, weekly, and monthly client production data load tasks in a dynamic environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly production data load tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Insure that scheduled data load tasks (automated and non-automated) are executed in a timely manner and in accordance with our service level agreements (SLAs).
• Monitor data load processes during normal business hours and scheduled after hours monitoring
• Complete client setup and client configuration change tasks in a timely fashion.
• Analyze and, if needed, work with others to resolve issues with client setup and/or file loads.
• Manage priorities and escalate issues through appropriate methods.
• Contribute to the process improvement efforts of the team.
• Communicate with internal and external customers in a professional, customer-service oriented fashion.
• Participate in data load-related system maintenance efforts.
• Regular attendance, including some after-hours monitoring, is an essential function of the job and is required
Minimum Education and/or Experience:
• An Bachelor’s from 4-year college or university
• 2-5 years related experience/training
• Working knowledge of client-server operations with 1-3 years of work experience in a fast-paced, technical operations/support environment.

◦ Data encryption methods (PGP, ZIP)
◦ Data communication applications (e.g., Remote Desktop Services)
◦ MS-Office Oracle databases

Preferred Qualifications:

• Position is largely sedentary requiring light to minimum keyboarding.
