Description
National Bank of Arizona is looking for top candidates with a talent and a passion for business development and client relationship management.
This position is responsible for growth, service, retention and expansion of new and existing NB|AZ business banking customers.
Responsible for sourcing new customers for the bank to meet established individual goals and to enhance the client experience through teamwork with various business partners.
• Establish, manage and develop accounts and relationships by presenting business banking products and services to small- to medium-sized businesses. May also target principals, owners and employees of business accounts.
• Spend a majority of time performing sales functions outside of bank premises.
• Provide exceptional customer service while up-selling and cross-selling products and services to our prospective and established customers
• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to prospective and established customers
• Assist managers in building and maintaining customer relationships
• Ensure proper documentation is obtained and processing the proper forms for transactions
• Work independently and perform well under deadlines. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Requires a Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field or equivalent and 2+ years of business development experience.
• Full use and application of standard banking principles, theories, concepts and techniques. Working knowledge of bank products and procedures and proven business development techniques.
• Ability to provide resolutions to an adverse range of complex problems and use of proper judgment within defined policies and practices.
