Job TitleRelease Manager
What does a great Release Manager do?
• Release Managers leads all planning and execution of maintenance windows for changes targeting Fiserv production environments. We ensure validation is completed and work with various team to identify and close incidents coming out of the maintenance windows.
• Release Managers has visibility from all Business Units as they partner with all groups ensuring changes are moved to production.
• Release Management process is an essential process that is followed for all changes to be moved to production. Team members are recognized within the team and receive recognition from various groups outside of the team
Release Management manages all changes moving to the production environments
• Manage all aspects of release management planning and execution of managed maintenance windows
• Create comprehensive deployment plans, including detailed timeline of changes, validation, incident log, etc.
• Leads execution of deployment plan, ensuring plan is completed.
• Identify and monitor issues, impact and dependencies and conduct post maintenance window support

Required qualifications for consideration:
• 1+ years of work experience in an infrastructure related field
Preferred qualifications for consideration:
• Bachelor’s Degree in technology or business-related field a plus
• ITIL Certification a plus
• Release Management, Change Management, Project Management, Operations a plus
