The Role:
In this role, you’ll help build the technology responsible for our core services. Your work will influence the success of companies across the world. Members of our Technology team are experts in the field, working to evaluate and improve today’s systems while building tomorrow’s.
The Conversion Analyst works closely with, Client Services and our customers to provide service to our customers.
In this role you will perform very challenging implementation tasks to ensure that projects and requests for clients are processed expeditiously and accurately. Principal work activity may include developing implementation plans, analyzing and determining requirements and providing necessary specifications to programming; providing consultation to client before, during, and after implementation; training the client before, during, and after implementation; interpreting existing systems of client and work flows through; communicating progress and potential problems to management for awareness and resolution.
Generally, you are expected to be able to work independently of supervisory and technical help with only limited assistance ever necessary.

We are looking for people with highly developed implementation and conversion skills who possess excellent knowledge of implementation technology and methodology plus heavy computer user skills. You will define issues, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. As well as, coach, cross-train, train, assist, and in general help as assigned. Sometimes all necessary work information is not available and must be developed. Work from oral or written instructions and complex technical specifications, technical data, and business documents in English.

Essential Job Responsibilities
• Ensure predictable, consistent, and successful client request delivery
• Communicate timely and professionally with all stakeholders and internal teams.
• Communicate progress and any potential problems to program manager for awareness and/or resolution. Proactively communicate progress on an on-going basis, ensuring transparency.
• Provide consultation to the client before, during and after conversion, including the development of new department procedures the conversion may necessitate.
• Interpret client’s existing systems and workflows through and including the balancing of conversion data.
• Ensure success criteria defined upfront to promote alignment and actively manage to expected client request outcomes
• Maintain the tools used to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the conversion process.Keep Fiserv systems and tools updated (i.e. tracking system, artifacts, questionnaires, work estimates, timelines). Ensure all required artifacts are created, accurate, up to date and stored in the correct sites/network folders to adhere with PMO Governance rules.
• Keep all stakeholders (internal & external) engaged in the request, aligned on expected outcomes and informed about what is occurring throughout request.
• Uses limited independent judgment to make decisions based on precedents and established guidelines.
• Solves problems using standard procedures and precedents.
• Provide training to the client before, during and after conversion, including the correct use of the Fiserv system and on-line terminal assistance, as well as daily application balancing procedures. This may involve question and answer sessions.
• Uses good judgment on when to refer or escalate issues to Project Manager or Program Manager vs. when to handle such issues independently
• Reporting, monitoring request hours and costs vs SLA’s. Making management aware of overages.
• Report on activities of the program, via various documents and program review meetings.

Required Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum # years’ experience required: 5
• Type of work experience required: Business Analysis

• Travel Required: Up to 25%
