Role/Responsibilities
Duties: Assist in developing, maintaining, and improving software products, including developing and making enhancements to Lending Cloud and Credit Lens software products. Lead product design specifications, validate products to confirm with quality management standards, and ensure products meet the needs of our continually growing customer base. Ensure overall functionality and usage of the Lending Cloud and Credit Lens on-demand lending solution for commercial, agricultural, small business, and/or personal financial analysis. Make business decisions by engaging with customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders. Implement product solutions by working closely with internal stakeholders including senior management, project managers, technology team, sales team, and professional services team. Develop product enhancements using Business Intelligence and data visualization tools. Closely monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities in the lending space. Identify market opportunities that protect and extend Lending Cloud’s unique competitive differentiators and provide recommendations and plans to improve current product features where needed.
Qualifications
Requirements: Must have a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science or related quantitative field plus 3 years of experience performing product development in the credit ratings, banking, finance or IT industry. Must have at least 1 year of experience with the following: working with Business Intelligence and data visualization tools including Microstrategy, Business Objects, Postgres, SQL Server, Oracle, Jira and Rally; creating artifacts to aid the product development lifecycle including brainstorming topics, problem statements, specifications, prototypes, key performance metrics, and test plans; and writing proposals and supporting business development activities. Domestic travel required approximately 20% of the time. Destination and frequency impossible to predict.
