Position Summary
Responsible for performing various tasks to proof records of bank transactions using desktop scanner.
Essential Requirements
• Operates a desktop scanner with emphasis on monitoring and maintaining the quality of images scanned.
• Performs maintenance on machines as needed.
• Responsible for data entry on bank documents, performs online reject document repair to correct missing information and daily balancing.
• Maintains proper work flow and storage of documents.
• Meets all deadlines, quality and productivity goals.
• Completes all compliance training.
• Understands all applicable laws and regulations that apply to the position and complies with the requirements.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.
Experience/Skills
• One (1) - six (6) months of items processing experience preferred.
• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Basic knowledge of desktop scanners preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows applications.
• Excellent keyboarding and 10 key skills.
• Ability to operate computers and standard office equipment.
• Attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to protect the confidentiality/privacy of others as appropriate, as well as of company documents and records.
• Good verbal communication.
Travel Requirements
Ability to travel to all locations as needed for meetings, projects, training, seminars, etc.
