Position Summary
Responsible for performing account activities and maintenance related to the processing of designated accounts, and balancing reports to ensure compliance and accountability.
Essential Requirements
• Answers incoming phone calls from internal and external customers and handles inquiries.
• Responsible for the completion of all compliance training related to the position.
• Must understand all applicable laws and regulations that apply to the position and comply with the requirements.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.
HSA/New Accounts duties (as assigned):
• Reviews daily reports for New Accounts.
• Reviews incoming documentation for accuracy from the branches.
• Works with branches regarding questions on documentation.
• Works with Tax system to insure accurate reporting.
• Prepares and provides monthly statistical reports to manager for area.
• Work with Health Savings Accounts (HSA) .
• Scan documentation into Nautilus and Intra-check as required and file.
Experience/Skills
• Three (3) months to one (1) year of experience preferred.
• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Good PC skills--proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel essential.
• Analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to protect the confidentiality/privacy of others as appropriate, as well as of company documents and records.
• Good verbal communication skills.
• Good organizational skills.
• Excellent phone and customer service skills.
• Must be able to adjust work load at any given time.
Travel Requirements
Minimal or occasional travel for meetings, projects or training as needed.
