ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE
• Make collections calls
• Enter cash receipts
• Enter billing adjustments
• Perform tenant ledger reconciliations
ACCOUNTS PAYABLE
• Enter invoices
• Ensure proper audit trail and supporting documentation
LEASE ANALYSIS
• Review leases and leasing activity on permanent leases and ensure accurate billing
• Review and/or calculate additional charges as applicable
PAYROLL
• Coordinate with HR/Payroll Dept. in reporting weekly, vacation and sick hours
• Review and maintain department employee assignments and time allocations
• Assist the property accountant as needed
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
• Associate s degree in accounting, preferred
• Minimum 1 year of bookkeeping experience
• Microsoft office product knowledge; EXCEL and Real Estate Accounting software, preferred
