We are looking for a Sr. HRBP to partner with the Asset Servicing Business on all people related initiatives and activities.
• You may manage a small team of professionals who provide functional expertise to assigned business within established policy and program guidelines and are responsible for the strategic delivery of solutions and HR services such as Talent Management, Organizational Design, Change Management, Workforce Planning, Talent Acquisition, and Total Rewards Planning.
• You will leverage expertise and collaborates across the Communities of Expertise, Service Delivery Team and Workforce Support Solutions.
• You have a broad range of
orting the experience in managing all aspects of HR:
• You have experience in supervising others
• You interface on with senior level management on a regular basis
• You are an experienced individual contributor managing multi-disciplined HR function.
Qualifications
Advanced Degree preferred or the equivalent combination of education and experience. 10 years of progressive related experience with demonstrated knowledge of technical and legal aspects of HR; minimum 4 years of supervisory/management experience. Typically 5+ years of progressive related experience with demonstrated success in one of the following areas, supporting a sub-business or a site: Talent Management, organizational Design, Change Management, Workforce Planning, Talent Acquisition, or Total Rewards Planning.
