Position Purpose:
This position will be responsible for global, 24x7 processing of Identity Access Management (IAM) requests at INTL FCStone. Primarily this individual would be following and enforcing the IAM program. The primary responsibilities will include provisioning, modifying and terminating access to secure systems across all enterprise systems.
Primary Accountabilities/Responsibilities:
• Day to day processing of access management requests, including but not limited to initial new hire setup, updating accesses and termination of access
• Follow detailed processes and procedures to ensure secure system access is implemented securely and efficiently
• Follow frameworks and processes related to RBAC (Role Based Access Control) and least privilege
• Seek out and report potential security issues where applicable (for example: excessive privileges relative to job duty or separation of duties, escalate as required)
• Monitors and ensures that all access administration systems and processes are followed as per specifications
• Must be detail oriented and process driven
• Must be able to enforce policy driven security practices and maintain strong ethics while doing so
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations
• Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential and secure above all else
• Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement within the Systems Access team, and across all IT
• Work with IT Leadership for continuous improvement of customer satisfaction

Education/Certification:
• High School graduate required
• Associate’s Degree Preferred
Experience Required:
• 0-1+ years of related experience in the Information Technology industry. Preferable IAM experience within an enterprise environment. At minimum fundamental knowledge of security least privilege organization. Knowledge of:
• Foundational experience with IAM systems and frameworks
• Foundational experience with enterprise directory and directory integration services (AD, LDAP, ADFS, PKI)
• General knowledge of infrastructure security, including Windows, Unix/Linux, desktop and mobile
• ITIL Processes and Procedures
