Operations Specialist
Opportunity Overview
As an Operations Specialist - Central Operation with Banner Bank you will provide exceptional customer service, perform function-specific, day-to-day operations tasks, and review requirements of Systems Administration and Support, and User Access. Support branches through review and documentation of multiple critical functions. Provide Bank staff with training and respond to inquiries on complex functions for procedures, applications, and access
As anOperations Specialist - Central Operationswith Banner Bank you will have the opportunity to:
• Provides Support for a variety of operational areas, including but not limited to: Core Systems, New Account, Teller, Document Imaging, New Account Setup, IRAs, CIF Maintenance and Account File Maintenance, IRAs, Account Analysis, Sweeps/AFTs, IOLTA/RETA, Withholding, and more.
• Timely processing of oversight functions.
• Knowledge and adherence to BSA/AML and other compliance requirements.
• Provide telephone and e-mail support to internal clients.
• Comply with all policies, procedures, security requirements, and government regulations
QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Certifications
• High School diploma or GED required
Experience
• 1 or more years of clerical and/or customer support experience required
Preferred Skills
• Good interpersonal and phone etiquette skills
• Analytical ability and problem-resolution skills
• Effective time-management skills
• Ability to understand and follow standard practice or verbal instructions, use simple arithmetic, and keep records
• Proficient with10-key by touch; demonstration may be required
• Proficient in MS Windows, Word, Outlook and Excel
• Knowledge of federal and state laws/regulations relative to deposit accounts and bank operations
