Job TitleSales Operations Analyst

We seek a Sales Operations Analyst for our Enterprise Sales Finance team to support Sales Leaders, Sales Managers and Sales Executives across all the Fiserv Business Units and Product Lines.
What does a successful Sales Operations Analyst do?
• Work closely with senior management, as well as internal and external personnel to drive sales productivity, sales forecasting, sales reporting/analytics, territory management, quota setting, quota attainment tracking and other sales operations activities in support of the sales organization
• Provide support to Reporting and Analytics team in the production and timely delivery of ad-hoc, daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly sales reporting for the Global Sales Organization.
• Ensure all sales organization objectives are being met in a timely fashion
• Actively monitor and strive to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency
• Coordinate planning activities with other functions including HR, Marketing and Finance
• Monitor the sales reporting systems to ensure data is accurate and up-to-date
• Build and automate reports, perform data analysis, and provide meaningful insights into business results and operational performance to support day to day sales operations and initiatives
• Respond to ad-hoc requests from senior management with a sense of urgency and a high level of accuracy
• Work to continually improve the quality of management information material
• Support sales management by preparing data for presentations and reports
• Coordinate sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes used
• Develop/coordinate market, competitive and win loss analysis
• Assist senior leadership with the development of yearly strategic and operation plans
• Develop and present recommendations for improved processes within
• Participate in BU/Division Sales meetings providing sales operations expertise and support
• Travel about 10%
What do we need from you?
• Bachelors Degree
• 2+ years’ experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint) with advanced Excel skills
• Deep understanding of sales analytics, including reporting on territory and pipeline, forecasting, and data quality metrics
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills combined with a strong business and technical acumen
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills; detail and task oriented
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Effective communications with all levels within an organization
• Proven strengths in accuracy and attention to detail
It would be fantastic if you also have:
• Experience with Salesforce.com
• Experience in sales operations
