• Ensure predictable, consistent, and successful client request delivery
• You will communicate timely and professionally with all partners and internal teams. Communicate progress and any potential problems to program manager for awareness and/or resolution..
• Provide consultation to the client before, during and after conversion, including the development of new department procedures the conversion may necessitate.
• Interpret client’s existing systems and workflows through and including the stabilizing of conversion data.
• Ensure success criteria defined upfront to promote alignment and actively lead.
• Maintain the tools used to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the conversion process. Keep Fiserv systems and tools updated (i.e. tracking system, artifacts, questionnaires, work estimates, timelines). Ensure all required artifacts are built, accurate, up to date and stored in the correct sites/network folders to adhere with PMO Governance rules.
• We deliver training to the client before, during and after conversion, including the correct use of the Fiserv system and on-line terminal assistance, as well as daily application procedures. This may involve question and answer sessions.
• Reporting, monitoring request hours and costs vs SLA’s. Making management aware of overages.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS FOR CONSIDERATION:
• Bachelor degree in business, technology, or related field; experience can be substituted
• Ability to travel up to 25%
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR CONSIDERATION:
• 3+ years of Banking experience
• 2+ years of Business Analysis experience
