About the Role:
• The Loan Conversion analyst role is a key position in making for a successful loan data conversion for Fiserv’s Precision clients.The role is multi-faceted and requires both technical skills & strong client relationship building skills.
• Candidate will help create a sense of stability and confidence in themselves and others in the group to create a team environment focused on success and reference-able clients.Candidate will work in a team environment, where each member relies upon the others to carry their responsibilities and thus, create happy, reference-able clients.
• The Loan Conversion Analyst’s contributions include training bank operations staff, helping resolve complex data conversion challenges and working with programming staff to ensure an accurate result.This person will be assigned 4 to 6 conversion events each year including bank mergers and new clients to the Fiserv Precision core software platform.

Fiserv’s Precision Implementations Business focuses on core bank platform data conversions. Our focus is on creating meaningful and positive results for our clients undergoing financial institution acquisitions and migrations as well as bringing on new clients to Fiserv Precision. Our conversion and implementation associates work together to convert data and install Fiserv solutions for both existing and new customers to meet their business needs.

Reports To: Manager of Conversion Services, Precision
Essential Job Responsibilities:
• The Loan Conversion Analyst will provide analysis, consultation and training to new and existing clients during application implementations to ensure a high level of client satisfaction with Fiserv products and services with a focus on Loans, Escrow, Collateral, Secondary Market Reporting, Credit Bureau, etc.
• Analyze and determine implementation requirements and then configure and implement specifications to achieve desired results.
• Provide consultation to the client before, during and after Implementation, including assisting with the development of new department procedures the Implementation may require.
• Provide application support to both internal and external clients utilizing phone, email and other methods as applicable.Includes training on daily procedures and internal bank balancing and operations
• Travel to bank sites throughout the year to balance conversion data and help train and build relationships with our clients during the first live week on our Precision core software.
• Assist in maintaining the tools & documentation used to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the implementation process.

Required & Preferred Qualifications:
• High school diploma required
• Bachelor’s degree in financial or technical field preferred
• Min of 5 years’ of relevant experience required
• Work experience in lending or loan operations environment preferred
• Technical ability as well as strong customer service skills required
Travel Required:
• Travel to client sites up to 25% of the time should be expected
