Newly created opportunities for Customer Experience Ambassadors to join JLL on a premier financial account in New York City. This position will ensure client satisfaction with facilities and amenities. Ambassadors will oversee dedicated floor/s and delivery of hospitality services to the client community in a high rise commercial office setting.
Responsibilities:
• Management of a wide range of client services and facilities related tasks within assigned floor/s and responsibility for timely resolution of issues dealing with facility colleagues, vendors or other departments as necessary.
• Work as a team which provides a professional, value-focused service aimed at exceeding the client expectations.
• Located on site in the client’s offices.
• Act as single point of contact for assigned client floor/s
• Responsible and accountable for all service requests.
• Ensure service deliverables are met with SLA and KPI
• Work with all related parties on timely delivery of all services
• Be responsible for all clients within designated area
• When necessary raise risks to BIC for further investigation
• To undertake continuous floor inspections ensure cleanliness and maintenance is correct
• Establish direct relationship with the client business units and their neighborhood community, understand their issues, display confidence and satisfy needs and requirements of all requests.
• Continuous Improvement implementation
Qualifications:
• An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Facilities, Business or a related field, desirable.
• 5+ years’ experience in hospitality, events management, facilities, flight attendant or similar field.
• Must be customer focused and be proactive in establishing customer relationships with the ability to interface with all levels.
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proven ability to initiate and follow with improvement initiatives, create opportunities for efficiencies and process amendments
• Computer proficiency with MS Office and able to use a variety of tools and platforms
• Self-motivated, confident, energetic and flexible
• Ability to stand for long periods of time, conduct inspections and assist with events or other activities
