Responsible for daily MAC work order management, vendor management and misc. site management.
• Responsible for performing "bed checks" and identifying available space for occupancy.
• Responsible for communicating MAC updates & approval requests to client representative and for managing approval process with client and vendors.
• Responsible for ensuring client satisfaction with service delivery results by providing a seamless interface into the organization.
• Ensure JLL and client quality standards are met.
• Demonstrate leadership, responsiveness and creativity to client and JLL team.
• Provide assistance for the successful implementation of special projects and initiatives.
• Meet with LOB contact (requestor) to document need, business justification, timing, etc.
• As needed, explain internal rent allocations and rules for rent changes to LOBs
• Research existing embedded vacancy to determine opportunities for space in immediate area and/or review other embedded vacancy in portfolio
• Provide small workstation reconfiguration test fits as needed
• When necessary act as mediator/negotiator between neighboring business units to develop solutions
• Review scenarios with Occupancy Planner to insure it is in line with larger planning initiatives
• Present solutions/scenarios and usually “tour” space option with LOB contact(s)
• Submit AU changes to CAFM using the Space Management tool once space need is solved and seats assigned to the LOB
• Update project status/comments in the project system of record
• When appropriate, coach LOB customers on “how to” self-solve small moves utilizing the Customer Solutions Center (help desk) and Technology web sites
• When needed, apply the Project Management process to projects too large for CSC and/or Technology Service Request (SR) but not large enough to warrant assignment to CMO. (Projects do not involve construction requiring permits and inspections)
• Coordinate project funding and execute Purchase Orders for vendor engagement when needed.
• If solution is large enough to need CMO support, meet with PJM to review scope of work and hand-off project
• Coordinate vendors at necessary.
