This role will support the Regional Construction & Design Manager, as well as Project Managers in achieving the Bank’s primary business goals related to the built environment including effective project & space management, as well as furniture systems & miscellaneous work orders related to the ongoing maintenance of the same primarily in the KC metro market & other outstate markets in MO, KS, with other miscellaneous smaller markets, on occasion.
Further, it will facilitate the processes and procedures required to provide effective project management services to meet project commitments and deliverables within each business unit. This is through the effective management of interior design, construction, & multiple miscellaneous projects as required throughout the entire process. On a day-to-day basis, work with appropriate Project Managers (PM’s) and resources with the following:
◦ Project schedule development, budget development, bidding, bid review and construction administration.
◦ Provide technical assistance, i.e., interpretation of drawings, recommending construction methods, etc., as required
◦ Construction management and administration (based upon the scope of project)
◦ Project management and approvals (based upon the scope of project)
◦ Furniture systems management: installations, replacements, reorganizations, inventory management, etc. as needed (based upon the scope of project)
◦ Develop, manage and leverage vendor relationships to lower cost outlays
◦ Ensure all onsite contractors and vendors comply with procedures, safety program requirements, work rules, etc.
◦ Perform periodic space audits and surveys as necessary
◦ Oversee personnel relocation management & coordination amongst various supporting other departments
Work Hours: Monday-Friday (8:00am-5:00pm)
Must have 5+ years’ experience in one or more of the following areas: Interior Construction Project Management, Interior Renovations/Remodel Management, ATM Project Mgt, and/or Furniture Systems Installation Management. Other Corporate Project Mgt. may be beneficial, as well as a basic understanding of CAD/Revit.
