Responsible for managing an assigned region of branch offices and licensed sales professionals. Manage sales professionals assigned to designated region. Responsible for hiring and retaining high performing teams, through training, motivating, and on-going managerial support. Consistently coach sales personnel with both one-on-one and monthly sales meetings, and telephone support as needed. Staff size between 30-50 licensed professionals. Additional management responsibilities include: Direct supervision of staff, including interviewing, hiring, and the termination of staff; recommending salary changes, job promotions; setting work hours, conducting counseling /performance reviews, and planning of the staff's work. Responsible for ensuring staff comply with all wage and hour regulations.
Major Responsibilities:
• Ensure that all regulatory requirements and licenses are held by licensed professionals and in good standing including but not limited to: FINRA, SEC, BSA, AML enhanced due diligence Maintain OSJ regulatory requirements, All Bank regulations are followed in the prescribed manner.
• Verify that sales professionals maintain correct and accurate customer records Oversee the inside sales process through soliciting information from random customers on a monthly basis to ensure satisfaction and regulatory adherence.
• Work with representatives to build a solid network of referrals.
• Utilize wholesalers to the Banks best interest and reward performance of actively participating branches.
• Work with senior management to ensure all budgeted goals for revenue are met on an annual basis.
• Communicate with all bank regional administrative staff.
• Responsible for information exchanges to and from the district managers and area executives.
• Collaborate across business lines with peers to create cross functional revenue generation opportunities.
Qualifications
• Track record of successful sales experience for a minimum of five years.
• Demonstrate collaboration and the ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, clients and prospects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A bachelors degree is preferred with five years of business experience and/or proven success in a previous related field.
• Requires a high level of knowledge in high net worth investment services, products, practices, and general market trends; PC literate.
• License Requirements: FINRA Series: 7, 24, 53, 63, & 66 Insurance licenses including but not limited to: Life and Disability and Variable Life
