Senior Analyst, Total Rewards - Benefits
Overview:
This role will be accountable for providing support with the design, development, implementation and management of global health and welfare benefit programs with a focus on North America including U.S. healthcare (medical, Rx, dental, vision), retirement plans, and voluntary benefits. The role requires close partnership with multiple external vendors and cross-functional teams such as Finance, International HR, Payroll, M&A and Legal.
Role:
• Assist with vendor management to ensure that service, strategy and cost objectives are met
• Conduct benchmarking analysis and recommend changes based on market practice and corporate objectives
• Support benefit communication campaigns as required and help plan how to build on-going engagement and utilization
• Manage benefit communication portal for effective delivery and accuracy of content
• Provide analytical support on projects, programs and ad hoc requests
• Provide Benefits Administration support (open enrollment, new hire benefits orientation, etc.)
• Partner with cross-functional teams (HR teams, Finance, Technology, Legal, and business leadership) to manage design and delivery of programs
• Other project based work
All About You:
• Prior experience in benefits administration and service delivery for a multinational organization
• Vendor account management experience with global experience a must
• Creative, innovative team player with a sense of urgency, strong attention to detail, enthusiasm, passion for learning and going above and beyond base expectations
• Ability to work effectively in a flexible and changing environment, manage multiple activities and priorities, work collaboratively with internal and external teams, and work well under pressure and deadlines.
• Strong interest in keeping up with industry knowledge including benefit program design and assessment of trends in benefit program development
• Working towards certification CEBS, CBP, PHR, or SPHR desirable
